How does Eunogo verify and curate clinics and surgeons?
Medical safety and quality is of the utmost importance to Eunogo. We have over 40 screening criteria in different dimensions including safety, expertise, patient satisfaction and convenience and affiliate only with clinics that meet our standards. Our staff personally visit the clinics to check the quality and interview surgeons for their expertise, experience, and philosophy to best match with our clients.

How can I make my booking?
You can schedule and pay online. After that, you will receive a confirmation letter with all the details. Please do so in advance, the earlier the better! For the last minute booking, you can also check the availability at concierge@eunogo.com before purchase.

How do I pay/purchase?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Apple Pay. No additional payments/tips/fee will be collected at the clinic unless the customer requests additional treatments and agrees to the incurring costs.

Can I book for the consultation first and pay directly at the clinic?
Yes you can. However, the discounted prices on the website are only applicable if you make the purchase online beforehand and you will be charged at the clinic's regular price.

How can I reschedule my booking?
You can cancel your booking and reschedule by contacting your concierge at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. You are eligible to reschedule your booking up to 2 times, please note that your preferred time slot is not guaranteed.

Can I get additional treatments at the price on Eunogo?
The discounted prices on the website are only applicable if you make the purchase online beforehand. If you go to your appointment and choose to add on treatments you will be charged at the clinic's regular price.

I am unhappy with the service I received, can I get a refund?
Please contact your concierge or email concierge@eunogo.com and we will assist you in filing a complaint to the clinic.
