Purchases are fully refunded within 3 days, after 3 days refunds will not be processed. If you have made more than 3 booking requests to your concierge and could not get an appointment, you may request a refund for that voucher.
All booking must be requested in advance by the number of days stated on each voucher.
If you cannot make it to your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment time to ensure eligibility to reschedule. You can reschedule up to 2 times, if you would like to reschedule, it must be within the voucher expiration date. No-shows or missed appointments cannot be rescheduled.
