Refund & Cancellation Policy
Procedures and Experiences
Purchases are fully refunded if you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. For no-shows or missed appointment, refunds will not be processed.
All booking must be requested in advance by the number of days stated on each voucher.
If you cannot make it to your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment time to ensure eligibility to reschedule. You can reschedule up to 2 times, if you would like to reschedule, it must be within the voucher expiration date. No-shows or missed appointments cannot be rescheduled.
All products can be returned and refunded within 30 days since your purchase.
The returned item must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for the refund. If you want to return your purchase, please email our concierge at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help.
Once your return is received and inspected by our product vendors, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
